As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract – without giving reasons.

Deadline

It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days have passed.

Refund

We refund the amount paid without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method and without any fee.

If you requested an early start

If you expressly requested that production begin before the withdrawal period ends, you pay for the production already carried out. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.
